First Course: Bouillabaisse - PEI mussels, cod, calamari, tomato, Highroad Farms leeks, sourdough
Second Course: Pan-Seared Scallops - celeriac, pickled apple, smoked pecan
Third Course: Monkfish Raviolo - guanciale, pecorino romano, cured egg yolk, charred brassica
Fourth Course: Tiramisu - espresso semifreddo, chocolate cremeaux, chantilly cream, ladyfinger
The dinner will be prepared by Head Chef Dane Cline. Ticket price includes 8% ME Meal Tax.
Meet the Fishermen! Captain Tiim will be speaking about state of our local fisheries, current challenges we are facing due to changing regulations and how we are navigating through New England's dwindling fishing industry.
We will be donating $10 from each ticket sale to Footprints Food Pantry in Kittery, ME.
Beer, wine and shucked oysters available for purchase. Gratuity not included.
