Competition for 50 families on Sunday, December 4th Deb Fowler of DRF Real Estate LLC, Slifer Smith & Frampton s sponsoring and organizing a festive event for families. How it works: 1. Pick up gingerbread house from DRF office on Friday December 2nd, 1-3pm & Saturday December 3rd, 10am-12pm. 2. Drop decorated houses off at Niwot Wheelworks on Sunday December 4th, 3pm. 3. The gingerbread houses will be judged in 3 age groups (11 & Under | 12-18 | Adults) and 2 categories (Best Holiday Theme | Best use of candy) & one grand prize for Best in Show. One gingerbread house per entry with 2 bags of frosting provided by Joan’s Petite Sweets included. **Candy is NOT included. Suggested $50 donations to benefit Cake4Kids Note: Judges strongly prefer edible decorations (*fairy lights accepted)
