Join us for a cardio based jump rope class! All skill levels are welcome!
Jumping rope increases cardiovascular endurance, coordination, can improve your running speed, and is a lot of fun! This will be a one hour class that switches between jumping rope and resistance exercises using bodyweight and weights for a rounded workout. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all skill levels and any injuries or restrictions.
The class will start at 11am sharp and you'll need to sign a waiver before hand. So be there a little early to give yourself time.
