In the Dungeons and Dragons class you will work your way through different stations, rolling one 6 sided dice and on 20 sided dice at each station. The 6 sided dice determines what exercise you will do and the 20 sided dice determines how many reps.
All exercises in this workout can be modified to accommodate all skill levels and any injuries or restrictions.
After the workout we'll enjoys some of the beers at Coal Mine Ave Brewing!
