Snow Mitigation Operations Team Members We are looking to add the following positions to our snow and ice management team for the 2022-2023 season. • Site Foreman • Wheel loader operators • Skid loader operators • CDL plow truck operators • Pickup truck plow operators • Snowblower/shovel operators We utilize top brands such as CAT, John Deer, Bobcat, and Kabota as well as fully equipped single-axle and heavy-duty pick-up trucks. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations: • Must be able to pass a background check • Perform basic pre-operation checks including oil, coolant, grease points, fuel levels, etc. • Ensure all assigned areas are safely and efficiently cleared in coordination with other operators and laborers. • Work directly with the site foreman and area managers to ensure all areas and emergency features are cleared and safe consistent with contract specifications and company standards. Preferred Qualifications: • If applying for heavy equipment operation (i.e., skids, loaders) a valid MA hoisting license is required. • CDL Driver’s License where applicable • Prior experience clearing snow with heavy equipment. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Please send your resume, and contact information as well as which position you are interested in and we will reach out directly.
