I have a pied female cockatiel. She is NOT hand tame! She is alright once you get her out of her cage, but it takes a lot of coaxing to get her out. Please do not reach out if you have no experience or don't have the time and patience to work with her. She is incredibly nervous and scared due to being abused prior to coming with me. She needs a home where someone can work with her in an environment that doesn't have other birds until she is tamed. She is NOT free. She is a beautiful 'Tiel and she has lots of potential.
