It's that time of year again! This year as I sat down to write the menus for our winter Chef Tables, I decided I wanted to take you all not just to a place, but to a time and place: 1979 New York City. The year Frank Sinatra first recorded "New York New York."
This menu isn't full of cutting edge techniques or ingredients. Instead, the beauty of it relies on simplicity. It's the food we all love, and the food I love.

We are offering two tables: The Main Stage (The Chef Table) and The Backstage Pass (Our New Oversized Booth near the Chef Table)
The menu and experience will be identical at both tables.
Now for the fine print. No rescheduling unless due to inclement weather that we decide it is not safe to be open. Deposit is nonrefundable. While Josh strives to be at every table, due to the overwhelming volume of these table, it is not possible to be at every one. 8 people max. No exceptions. The menu listed below is the menu that will be served, and be served family style. If you have dietary restrictions please note a change in menu will result to a change for the whole table: (If one guest is vegan, the whole table will be vegan. Etc.)
