Bubbles! Champagne, Cremant, Cava, celebration! It's the holiday season and there will be many reasons to pop some bubbly and what better way than to chop the top off with a sword!
We hosting a sabering class on Saturday December17th at 2:00pm. The class will include tasting of five different kinds of bubbles, education on the production techniques and history of each type, as well as how to knock the top off with a saber.
