Connecting the past to the present, each of Red Bluff’s Chinese American family’s who journeyed in the 19th Century to settle in Red Bluff, California are descendants from China’s Imperial period. Please join the Helen and Joe Chew Foundation as they connect ancient China with today’s legacy using the Terracotta Horse as a kinesthetic symbol of reconnecting the past to the present.
