Learn how to create your own beautiful charcuterie board, while enjoying craft cocktails. Our class will be approximately 2 hours long. You will learn many of the “instagram charcuterie tricks”, and a brief lesson on charcuterie and the business. Ticket price includes all the supplies, meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, nuts, jams and accompaniments to make a 12” disposable palm leaf board, along with a craft cocktail of your choice! Angie will be happy to answer questions as you go! Bella Boards makes custom charcuterie boards, grazing boxes and tables and is based out of North Attleboro, MA. RI Spirits makes Rhodium brand gins, vodkas & liqueurs at their riverside distillery in downtown Pawtucket. Their organic and gluten free spirits feature fresh, farmed and foraged ingredients. The distillery's Tasting Room will be open during this event, and additional cocktails will be available (one cocktail included in ticket).
