We are a upholstery steam cleaning business. We steam clean furniture and bedding! Steam Cleaning Technician Responsibilities: * Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs. * Assessing the state of the furniture and bedding that need to be cleaned. * Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the furniture and bedding. * Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned. * Cleaning furniture and bedding using machine and hand-washing techniques. (Will train) * Drying furniture and bedding using drying machines. * Resetting the furniture. **Up-selling cleaning services and company products. * Providing invoices and maintaining good customer relations. Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements: * Detailed orientated. * Previous work experience as a carpet cleaning, house cleaning technician is a must (Not required) * Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines. (Will Train) * Friendly and professional demeanor. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines. * Ability to lift and move heavy furniture. * Ability to communicate with clients * Must have a VALID driver's license (Will allow up to 90 days to received if doesn't have) * Must be 18 years or older SERVICE AREA: * We service Broward, Miami -Dade, and Palm Beach County LOCATIONS: * We Service homes, apartments, mobile home, and small business locations. PAY STRUCTURE: * We pay $20 per home PLUS tips!!!! Up to 5-6 homes per day This is a 5-6 day work week
