This Chakradance class will focus on the Base Chakra- Muladhara. This tribal inspired dance is energetically linked to issues of the base, including our roots, survival, and grounding. As we move into the hustle and bustle of the Holidays season taking time for ourselves, to breathe and ground is especially important. While Chakradance is traditionally done in bare feet, if you know you will need the support of a shoe, please bring a clean dry pair to change into. Join us as we connect inward and move through this beautiful dance practice.
