Looking for Area Leaders: Strong work ethics Able to lead and coach a team of 3+ people, to start Must be goal oriented THIS IS PART-TIME! Works for students, stay-at-home parents/spouses, other persons looking to pay down student loan/other debts faster. Set your schedule. Requirements include but are not limited to: *6-month commitment *Must attend all meetings/events (can be online) *Must attend company conventions (January 27-28, Las Vegas, is the next one; Team/Leadership recognitions only occur at convention and events) *If in recovery, must have a minimum of 6-months sobriety for leadership. (Willing to consider others with qualified references, on case-by-case basis.) *Must complete all training *Must be 18yo plus to be in Leadership role; can sell as early as 16yo with parental consent. This is an IBO position. Only looking for self-driven, coachable leaders. No income cap. Team size is up to you, minimum of 3. If you can handle more, growth is supported.
