Needed Cat for a helping hand

I'm looking for a cat to love. I will need a starter kit ( litter box and Litter etc ) just to start I take very good care of my animals. I have a service dog and she is vetted and fixed. I have a few mice in my house and they keep coming. I need help with them. I don't have much money but I have love to give.
