I am looking for local residents in Fayetteville NC that are interested in earning an extra monthly commission. This job involves driving around the neighborhood and recording the addresses of properties in distressed, abandoned or vacant conditions, based on specific criteria. You'll be in charge of taking pictures of houses and participating in appointments with homeowners. We will renovate the properties you find, beautifying and restoring value to these neighborhoods. Must have a valid DL, a reliable means of transportation and a smartphone that takes high quality pictures.
