Painting services are offered as a side job. Reasonably priced with over 15 years of experience. We can fix holes in drywall as well as blemishes (basic paint prep). Cannot re-texture entire walls as an example or color match current color (patch work fixes) but can repaint the entire room(s) as close as possible, also can offer creative ideas. Services include trim, ceilings, doors, and walls. If you’re looking to get a fresh new color for several rooms, rental property painting, need some work done to a new home or painting done in order to sell a home we can help. Furniture moving is an additional cost, but is available. PRICING: varies by job and needs, basic walls only $3.00/sq ft. For example: a room that’s 10x10 would be $300. Trim is an addtl. $1.50 per ft. of trim. Ceilings $1.00/sq ft of surface. This includes materials and labor, dust and paint protection efforts taken as well.
