Seeking Help Mixing Dough—part-time

We are seeking pastry making help for one full shift (6 hours) or two half days on Sun, Mon, Tue and/or Wed, possibly Thu, but not Fri or Sat. You literally (and figuratively) help us make dough! Experience required with pie crust. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW A RECIPE TO COMPLETION with NO TRAINING or DIRECTION. MUST BE ABLE to HIT THE GROUND RUNNING INDEPENDENTLY. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. If you're going to call out or not show up, you will put our small, hard-working team in jeopardy--please don't bother.
