1. Dumbed down by the public education system. .......................Done so primarily by conservative America. Removal of books that they deem inappropriate despite many being in American culture for generations. Bush setting SOL standards that didn't "meet the grade" and disenfranchised teachers from teaching to the class in favor of teaching to an arbitrary government standard. 2. We've been indoctrinated by the corporate owned mass media. .....................All media is corporate influenced but none more so than Fox news. Since it isn't actually a "News" station it can do what traditional news media cannot.....They can make unverified accusations, deceive, push false narratives and even out right lie because they're not associated with actual news. This has been the worst impact on polarizing America in 250 years. 3. We've been socially engineered by Hollywood movies media and music. ....................Indeed we have, many conveniences we enjoy today are the product of inspired imaginations from movies, but with any positive there is also a down side. Some movies and music promote violence. It is a double edge sword. 4. We've been drugged, brainwashed and robbed by big pharma and the American healthcare racket. ...................Yes we have and most of it was propagated by conservative politicians taking money to do nothing. Only the Dems took the initiative to introduce Obamacare as an alternative for working class citizens and Biden, despite zero votes from the GOP, pushed through the inflation reduction act which allows the govt. to negotiate pricing on prescription drugs. Trump spent 4 years promising he had a GREAT health plan that would be better than Obamacare. Instead, he and the GOP had nothing....just bluster and lies. 5. We've been tricked into believing the U.S. is a democracy, not knowing it's a corporate oligarchy. ....................This one hasn't quite come true yet but it's in the making. Despite extreme Liberal resistance, a conservative supreme court upheld draconian principles that allow corporations to be treated as people and also allows an unlimited amount of dark money to be contributed toward the election of our leaders, without accountability....thus allowing corporations to dominate the money flow toward candidates that will push their agendas. If indeed we ultimately become a corporate oligarchy, you can thank a conservatives controlled court for destroying America.
