Description
Downtown Sarasota condominium is looking for a maintenance assistant to help the maintenance supervisor keep the common areas looking good and running well. Responsibilities will include general repairs, as well as some custodial duties. Position is full-time. Candidate must have their own transportation, be able to work independently, be a team player, and have good communication skills. Drug testing and background check will be completed before employment begins.
