Hi there, I'm looking to sublet my studio for at least two months ($1,000 a month) with a flexible end date, so let me know what works for you and I can probably accommodate you. I'm renting this at cost with utilities included. There is one pegboard wall with my jewelry, a projector TV and speakers, and some furniture that can be moved around. I'd ask that you not do any work on the glass table that might damage it, but it can be covered. Please let me know what your needs are for the space and what kind of work you do. The building is fantastic, between the Jefferson and Morgan stop, and there is a freight elevator and a slop sink down the hall. Thanks! Cat
