Sweet puppy needs forever home

I have a beautiful 8 month old puppy that needs a forever home. She is very sweet natured, loves to play, likes to cuddle and loves affection. I have had some unexpected medical issues that unfortunately are keeping me away from home. The ideal situation for Fluffy would be fore her to have a fenced in yard, have kids to play with and someone who will be home often. Fluffy is a min Auss-zu-shepard. She is house broken, is utd on her shots ( I purchase the puppy shots from the farm supply). She is very very loved. I'm rehoming because she needs to be with someone who is home more. There is a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home. I will not just let her go to just anyone as we love her very much. She is pretty much full grown and will be small in stature.
