Looking for an individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to fill maintenance technician position. Will be responsible for General plumbing, carpentry, upkeep of grounds, apartment turnovers, troubleshooting service issues that our tenants encounter. Work with the office and maintenance team to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the apartment complex meet company standards and applicable laws. Also, will respond to maintenance tickets and work on an on-call weekly rotation that requires nights and weekend flexibility. Schedule: - Monday - Friday - Weekend availability - On call What we expect: -Personal Vehicle Required -own basic tools preferred -Team work, working alongside maintenance and office team to provide exceptional customer service to resolve maintenance issues to tenant satisfaction. - Interpersonal skills and communication required to interact with tenants - Previous Job experience in housing/apartment maintenance/renovation - Must live within 30miles of property Education: high school diploma or GED
