I am offering 1000 dollars to someone who can spend a weekend installing the spare room in my garage. Please note that I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL THE TASK IS COMPLETE. You can not hang two sheets of drywall, take the money and disappear on me, so don't bother. I know how to do these jobs myself and just don't have the time because I am on the road months at a time, out of state. If you are used to 4 crew remodeling gigs that cost 20,000 bucks this is not the job for you. This is a good gig for someone looking for good pay in a sort time frame. The last time I did something like this was 18 years ago and I'm offering more than twice what that guy got back then. Hopefully someone feels its worth it. WHAT THE JOB CONSISTS OF: - Hang 12 to 16 sheets of drywall where applicable. (No ceiling hanging or anything crazy.. that part is done.) - Frame an interior bedroom door. - Attach a semi-temporary wall to the permanent frame of the garage (This part is half done but by the time I realized my drill bit sucks it was time to go back to work.) *****I will be doing all the taping, floating, flooring, and painting myself. You don't have to worry about that part.***** Payment Methods Include: Cash App (the fastest method) Paper Check Via Snail Mail Western Union Or... Possibly...
