Im inspired to write here and take the reader on a trip down a road that will melt the minds of most. This story is rooted in the CURRENT STATE of government as we interact with on a regular basis. If you dont read this you will likely remain ignorant forever, as this information is currently only known by a tiny fraction of the population at large, which ultimately needs to change. If you dont hold this information below, you will be forever lost in navigating this world. To understand this history, you may have to dispel some long held beliefs about the world. The authors of the constitution embodied in the constitution elements of "Natural Law" where these elements are clarified as concepts in both the resolves of the first continental congress in 1774, and also the declaration of independence. This ideology being brought here by and through the teachings of the Freemason community and carried here by those Freemason members who dreamed the framework for this nation. Now take notes: 1. It matters not what you think about freemasons or freemasonry, At the time, they carried the ideology of natual law, and were known as Naturalists. 2. The principle characteristic of natural law, is that all men are of equal standing, and no man has a right to rule over another man without his agreement. 3. Natural law, as a concept is diametrically opposed to a system of law whereby an individual, (or group of men) holds some kind of divine, or inherited right to rule over other men who dont hold such a divine or inherited right. Now I call your attention so and excerpt from the first continental congress of 1774 where it was recognized that great britain had: "extended the jurisdiction of courts of Admiralty not only for collecting the said duties, but for the trial of causes merely arising within the body of a county." Admiralty jurisdiction is for the sea, so what was it doing on land? Well, to answer this, we need to look back further to the history of admiralty law which has a curious history For starters lets look to the first world naval powers, which were the British, and and the Portuguese. Both of these powers being recognized and allegient to the Roman catholic church, with the king of Britain signing allegiance in 1213ad, and The king of Portugal being recognized by the pope in 1179ad Now its time to take notes, and let this one sink in, heres an excerpt from the Papal bull "Manifestis Probatum" with regards to the King of Portugal: "you have rendered innumerable services to....the Holy Church, intrepidly exterminating through hardships and military prowess the enemies of the Christian name...." You know...THOSE ENEMIES.....Ever wonder why theres so much latin in the system of law you are most familiar with? well were getting there....your just goign to have to muster up that incredibly difficult requirement to read the remainder of this writing about how your world works instead of sinking your head in the sand like the bulk of the population. So lets look here now, this time to pope Leo....where he speaks with regard to the "Naturalist" that were the Freemasons of the time of his rule. If youv done your homework and actually read the declaration of independence or the constitution, your going to start connecting dots really quick now..... "that all men have the same right, and are in every respect of equal and like condition; that each one is naturally free; that no one has the right to command another; that it is an act of violence to require men to obey any authority other than that which is obtained from themselves" "Their chief dogmas are so greatly and manifestly at variance with reason, that nothing can be more perverse." "To wish to destroy the religion and the Church which God Himself has established" "So also the studious endeavor of the Freemasons to destroy the chief foundations of justice and honesty, and to co-operate with those who would wish, as if they were mere animals, to do what they please, tends only to the ignominious and disgraceful ruin of the human race." (From: The great encyclical letters of Pope Leo XIII somewhere around page 96) So lets break for some key takeaways.... 1. The roman catholic church was put here by god, and it has enemies, among them are the Freemasons because of their chief ideologies that come in the form of what we collectively refer to as "Natural law" 2. The roman catholic church may very well consider itself to be the "chief pillar of justice and honesty" a bold claim indeed, especially if you have ever wrapped your head around the doctrine of discovery, as promulgated by the roman catholic church. 3. And this si my summary : "GOD FORBID, WE INTERACT WITH THOSE WHO WISH TO DO AS THEY PLEASE WHEN WE ARE IN AGREEMENT TO DO SO" this is in truth a crafty way of saying, you must do not as you please, but instead do what you do not want to do, or rather what somebody else tells you to do where this is a pillar of slavery and oppression, not so much justice and honesty as they church attempts to lay out in what is nothing other than a thinly veiled facad to mask the true intentions of the roman catholic church. So now, if you haven't already familiarized yourself, lets look here at the doctrine of discovery. You can familiarize yourself a bit here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_doctrine Though the key takeaway is that it authorized the European powers, which at this time were all acting as subordinates to the roman catholic church (as detailed above in part) to seize property of "non Christians" where obviously this extend to enemies of the church as they are indeed very non conforming to the decrees of the pope and his divine right to rule, or those of any other nation and his king acting as a subordinate to the church. Is it coming together now? we got a divine right to rule vs the concept that all men are created equal. this is the crux of the matter at large. But we have come a long way, we were seeking to define admiralty law, what is it? Well you needed to understand this structure so you can look at the timeline of the worlds naval powers being formed around 1600 onward. This was right before the formation fo this nation, where the british navy carried with it admiralty law to enforce the will of the king here in the colonies. The answer is: that admiralty law is nothing more than "Cannon" law repackaged under a different name as it is sub-delegated through the doctrine of the "Holy see" which seeks to extend the power and mission of the roman catholic church to seafaring people and vessels. Again, im going to just boil it down to this key excerpt with respect to the duties imposed through the doctrine: "they will also recognize and promote the mission which all the faithful - and in particular the laity - are called to exercise in the Church" And just for clarity so we all see this recurring trend: Laity means: 1. lay people, as distinct from the clergy. 2. ordinary people, as distinct from professionals or experts. So there it was, in 1774, the british empire was seeking to rule over the people of the colonies by and through canon law under the guise of admiralty law, and then the colonies all got together and signed the declaration of independence citing natural law and placing a requirement for the government to forever act pursuant thereto. And if you dont understand that, you need to read it again. It was at this point in time (arguably, evolving over time untill this point) that the 13 colonies became and enemy of the church. and then what happened? Well the British sent in the troops because they cant have any of this rebellion against the church. So there was a war, and we duked it out for a while, there were funding obligations and the like, but this is an aside from the core picture which is that supposedly, America won its independence, and formed a constitution that everybody leans on for "their freedoms" and such. But there was a catch, the constitution alloes for the courts to open up shop in 4 jurisdictions i presume this was done in the spirit of natural law which would accommodate the will of any man to subscribe to whatever system of law he chose that was available at the time, among those 4 are courts of common law, courts of equity, maritime courts, and courts of admiralty.....Ah oh! looks like the constitution left the door open just a crack! Well they came back in through the courts, and our incredibly honest judges, recognized that admiralty jurisdiction behind the enforcement of laws promulgated by the vatican through canon law masquerading as admiralty law, need not afford protections of the constitution to those engaged in that jurisdiction, and why would they? its foreign law promulgated by the Vatican, our constitutional protections don't apply to them. And here as I am tired from writing this in depth article, I will skip the long and boring history of the case laws that allowed admiralty jurisdiction to dominate the legal system, and we will instead look to the origins of Canon Law. Canon law was first established in part during the council of Nicea who sat under the Roman emporer in 325 AD. This system of law continues to hold its traditional roots in latin as it was in Rome at the time. Fast forward, the roman empire dissolved over the next hundred years leaving the roman catholic church to carry canon law in its wake. Eventually, the Roman catholic church established Vatican city which is home to the pope and is at present the central authority of canon law. Ever wonder why the president always visits the pope? How about wondering why the Washington monument is capped with a pinnacle inscribed in latin? Canon law currently holds all but a monopoly due to overwhelming popularity in our nations courts. If you want to see it the easy way, just do a google search for your state, or any states "rules for judicial conduct" and take note of how they are organized by way of canons of law. Fortunately, as I detailed above, the admiralty jurisdiction is merely operating here by the authority of the constitution, and we still hold space to operate in English common law or other. In fact, the declaration of independence even grants a power to sever contract with the government upon manifestation of a force that is antithetical to natural law. There is much more to discover about the concept of natural law, but this post being inspired by the one above, is here to bring you on a journey down the deep hole of knowledge that is the history of the church and the state where indeed, they are one and the same, separable only by understanding the concepts of natural law put forth above as no petitions to the government regardless of their magnitude will ever pursued the pope, to surrender his divine right to rule over his empire of slaves who willingly, albeit unknowingly subscribe to this foreign system of law. The roman catholic church is nothing more than the rebranding of a force of evil that has existed on this planet for too long to be known, or at least details here. And it seeks nothing more than to expand its empire through conquest of peopel who dont voluntarily subscribe to it by way of force. This is the force of evil in our world, regardless of how they try to hide behind their very strong marketing campaign to make themselves appear to be a force of good in the world, or even if they, at time, engage in acts of good towards the world it does not absolve them from the unfathomable volume of oppression they deliver to our world through a plethora of mechanisms i place for exactly that purpose. America, indeed holds a special place in the world, being the only bastion of freedom the world has to offer, the problem is that the people here havnt the slightest clue how to access it or recognize that its is missing in the first place.
