Unsure on exact age but about 5-7 years old. Neutered. Simon was rehomed twice before us. He's great with all cats and dogs(will actually wrestle with dogs). Was told he was utd on shots but hasn't needed the vet in over a year. Well kept teeth. Great litter box habits(once accidentally locked him in a room for 6 hrs with no litter box and upon being released ran and peed in the litter immediately). He's obsessed with food and has lost 9lbs being on a strict diet. He doesn't beg me for food as I feed him one can of fancy feast a day but will beg my father because he gives him dry food when he begs. Very very sweet cat. Great for nail clipping. Comes with his two large sized and a corner litter boxes, large container of light weight litter and whatever food is left. Also selling two large cat towers(175 for both towers if you take Simon if not 100 for the wide one and 120 for the tall one).
