Lost family dog

Yesterday afternoon my dog jumped out of my car on W.T Harris road. She is around 25 pounds, is white and black. She is a friendly dog... she runs SUPER fast.. She has a collar on her, I am extremely worried about her, if anyone has seen her or has her, please call me ASAP. My kids are worried about her as am I.
