Job Description Each customer account manager will manage all inbound and outbound orders, inventory and customer relations for assigned clients. The position is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am -- 5pm, starting pay is $14.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience. Job Responsibility • Notify client of received product • Call customers to schedule delivery, pickup or service call • Process report for receiving, inspections and repair of product prior to delivery • Create/update orders, note and status through our portal or client's portal • Answer incoming calls and emails Desired Skills and Experience • Customer-focused Service • Excellent social skills with co-workers and customers • Data Entry Calls • Multi-Tasking • Detail Oriented • Time Management • Teamwork Customer Service • Telephone skills • Outlook, Word, Excel Compensation -Starting pay is $14-$16 -Full-time -90-day probationary period -Benefits offered: Health, Dental, W, AD&D, 401k
