Job Description
Each customer account manager will manage all inbound and outbound orders, inventory and customer relations for assigned clients. The position is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am -- 5pm, starting pay is $14.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Responsibility
• Notify client of received product
• Call customers to schedule delivery, pickup or service call
• Process report for receiving, inspections and repair of product prior to delivery
• Create/update orders, note and status through our portal or client's portal
• Answer incoming calls and emails
