Cat to a good home

Trying to find a home for a nice kitty cat. Calico black white and orange about 2 years old and I'm pretty sure shes pregnant. She showed up one day and never left. I have her in a box outside on my back porch with some blankets and food/treats. She is a wonderfully nice friendly cat I would love to keep her however I already have 2 cats and a dog so I'm all filled up. Would make a wonderful pet for someone. I would bring her inside but I dont know if she has had her shots and I have a 1 month old daughter.
