Learn about and design waistbeads to celebrate femininity, healing, and your spiritual power. Understand the sacred African tradition of why they are worn and how to incorporate them into self-care and mindfulness, incorporating the healing powers of colors and crystals. Each woman will design and string her own strand of waistbeads, and afterwards, we wine. Experience sensual and tantalizing movements designed to awaken your root and sacral chakras to enhance your creativity and sensuality during this season. Learn with the KaribFIT Crew not just why, but HOW to wine up your waist and the basics of wining. ~~~Space is limited~~~ Workshop includes: Waist bead kit (beads and supplies will be provided) Sensual Movement Expression Light refreshments, guests receive a complimentary mini bottle of wine if registered by 11/26 Charms & ready made waist beads will be available for purchase.
