Most people leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their heart and soul. After the breathwork portion of class which tends to be full of fun rock-n-roll, Motown, and Indie tunes... the music will slow down and I'll play a crystal sound bowls while you bathe and soak in the vibrational energy. $34.00 on Eventbrite for early bird pricing $40 at door Please be on time.
