Join us at Square Nightclub on December 8 for a blind tasting of American whiskeys from Heaven Hill. Heaven Hill is the world’s largest independent, family-owned Bourbon distillery, producing 1,300 barrels a day. They also continue to draw critical acclaim including Distillery of the Year and Best in Show Whiskey at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Our resident American whiskey expert Joe will lead you in a blind tasting of four unique whiskeys and help answer the questions you might have on these spirits. The group tasting will include both bourbon and rye, so there can be head-to-head comparisons of how the different grains impact the final product. As we enjoy the whiskeys, we will also talk about the history of Heaven Hill and the spirits they produce. The signature cocktail for December will be the Gold Rush. This spin on a whiskey sour combines honey and lemon with bourbon. This cocktail is a great beverage to share with friends over the holidays. Space is limited, so please reserve your tickets soon!
