Join the Hecht Trauma Institute and S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center for this fun event– an evening of relaxation and de-stressing as we set our intentions. The evening begins with a ceremonial S.A.G.E. smudge to clear away any stagnant or “negative” energies, followed by a guided chakra (energy center) meditation and Reiki healing. Whether you meditate on the regular or just beginning, this evening is designed to bring in the positive to your life and let go of what does not serve you any longer. You’ll find us in the Enderle Center directly across the street from the bright red restaurant “Crab Cooker”. Ample parking is available on either side of our building. Specific instructions for where to go in the building will be provided upon registration prior to the start of class. Due to the continuing global pandemic we will be providing current guidelines at the time of your class to ensure the health and safety of all of S.A.G.E.’s patrons.
