Give yourself a time out for rest and reflection. This retreat is ideal self-care to improve your energy, patience, and stamina for all the added activities this time of year.
In two sessions, we will step away from the busyness and distractions of daily life and enjoy guided meditations and practical advice for staying calm and peaceful throughout the busy holiday season, and beyond.
Led by Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher. This retreat includes brief teachings, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels of experience.
