Join The Afiya Center for our End with Red: Living Out Loud & Living Our Best Life annual fundraiser on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 6:00pm at the Cedar Crest Golf Course in Dallas, Texas. End with Red was created to serve as an economic enrichment campaign aimed at developing micro-enterprising projects focused on creating wealth for womxn of color living with HIV/AIDS and those at risk. End with Red powers womxn to obtain independent wealth that will enable them to end the cycle of poverty that continues to exist among womxn of color. End with Red also serves as The Afiya Center’s signature annual fundraiser. The funds raised through this event support reproductive justice work that is centered around our HIV programs that address the holistic needs of Black womxn living with HIV, promote leadership development and provide a pathway to their advocacy. Our anchoring HIV program, "Living Out Loud: With Purpose!" is a trauma-informed, peer-driven program that functions to end stigma and equip participants with skills to advocate for policies that ensure inclusionary representation of Black and other womxn of color in decision-making on how services for womxn are funded, allocated, and delivered.
