The holidays can feel a bit like a rollercoaster for some, even with our best efforts to simplify or set boundaries. Audrey Thorne, Owner of Audrey Thorne Esthetics, invites Jessica Klieman, wellness educator, to share her holiday decompressing practices and products with our community. During our gathering we will share some of the common feelings that come up around the holidays, challenges we face, and tips we use.
