Not only will this be a Holiday celebration, but I am THRILLED to be incorporating a giveback component to the last event of the year. Let’s make a huge impact for one Minnesota charity, together. The Power of 100 concept - goal of getting 100 women to donate $100 each. At the event, we will be giving 4 woman founded, or woman run non-profits the opportunity to briefly share their business case as to how they would use the donation, everyone will vote, and the one with the most votes will receive $10,000 (or total donated amount) Don't forget to make your donation here Agenda: 3-3:30 - Arrive & Connection Time 3:30-5 - Non-Profit Presentations, Voting, and Winner Announced 5-6 - Open Connection Time The 4 selected non-profits are: 1. Pinky Swear Foundation - They help children with cancer and their families with financial and emotional assistance. Pinky Swear Foundation provides direct support for housing, transportation, and food to families in the fight of their lives. Safe Haven Foster Shoppe - They provide essentials to children in foster care in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Safe Haven Foster Shoppe offers these items directly to the children through a network of private and county agencies; and directly with foster homes. AVIVO - They serve more than 11,000 individuals each year; helping them achieve recovery, find housing stability, and achieve employment and economic advancement.
