Older guy visiting Lex for first time. What to do here?

Hello, 68-year-old guy here. In town for the first time and other than horses and basketball, Lexington is unknown to me. I'll be here next week, Friday and Sat nights (Dec 2 and 3). Staying out by the airport but would like to see if anyone is willing to give a hand to a newbie in the city. I'm not looking for a professional guide, just someone who likes having a relaxed time with a decent, regular guy who enjoys seeing new sights and meeting new people. I do have appointments that will keep me busy both evenings until 9 or so but am free after that. Saturday morning is also open. We can meet at the hotel or wherever you are. Thanks.
