Happy Thanksgiving all! We're looking for a large breed companion dog for a elderly family member. As much as we love pit bulls, please no pits or pit mixes. I don't think he can handle such a powerful breed as he's getting up in age. We're looking for a Golden retriever or mix, maybe a hound dog, or German shepherd that's around 2 or 3 years of age and used to being outside. And I'm open to suggestions. He's an experienced dog owner dog will have a lot of room to run and be very loved and spoiled. Think small farm, a doggy paradise.
