Please two free cats desperately needing forever home

I have two cats that has had a bad life for so long they have been strays and they were at one point living on a farm recently that has been torn down I have them with me and they have got to go period I rent and my landlord said absolutely no pets what so ever.They have both been fixed and one of them is declawed the male MR pinky has a mild skin allergy when treated he looks amazing when not he has mild scabbing or bleeding and I have taken him to the vet myself but this cat does not get the proper medical care or attention he has needed like he needs to but he is so so affectionate he is neutered and declawed and he is an older guy around seven and nobody wants an older cat despite how sweet he is.The second cat is female her name is twig she is spayed she is very territorial against rodents in her home very playful and can have an attitude real cute personality she is very affectionate as well is is a three year old tortie cat please seriously people only who can financially and lovingly take care of and they can be separated pinky is more of a loner he kno s he older so he makes no trouble with other animals keeps to himself but loves people call or text me anytime thanks so much
