Cream colored scruffy hair, has on blue harness and dragging a yellow leash tied to a blue leash. Has a collar with rabies tag, name and phone number. DO NOT CHASE. Call animal control! Let them know where he is seen! Call or text us at his name is OPIE. Recently adopted so is scared and does not know where he lives. Will post pic!!! He weighs around 30 lbs. Thank you!!!!
