From City of West Palm Beach:
January 7, 2021
Approaching its one-year anniversary, the redesigned City of West Palm Beach website is proving to be a valuable source of public information, especially during the public health crisis. During 2020, the website logged a record 5,005,946 page views, an increase of 24% over 2019's total of 4,039,837 page views. Articles offering COVID-19 information, financial assistance, and online bill paying were among the most popular. Residents using WPB.org's free eNotification email system had the latest website updates sent directly to their email accounts. In 2020, over 80,000 news updates were mailed to subscribers. The redesign of the website was an initiative of Mayor Keith A. James.
"Part of keeping residents and visitors safe is keeping them informed," said Mayor Keith A. James. "WPB.org has become a primary resource for first-hand news from the City, and many people used that resource over the past year."
The website is managed by the City's Communications team in the office of Mayor James. To view the website, visit: https://www.wpb.org/.
