Lost our tan Yorkie/Maltese Mix

Our older dog named "Kitten" went missing from our yard 2 days ago. She is completely blind, has severe allergies, a fatty cyst, and almost a month behind on grooming so she looks rough (groomer shop closed). She's a Yorky, Maltese mix. We are currently in the process of moving this past month unexpectedly and things are hectic and she could have got out then but usually doesn't wander far.
