Real Estate investor /Home Remodeler who remodels homes for various hedgefunds and also for myself are seeking experienced Home remodelers and helpers in ocala, lake Panasoffkee and surrounding areas. Lead Must have all tools and reliable transportation. Lead /piece work is at $25 hourly x estimated agreed time Helpers start at $12-15 hourly. Helpers need reliable transportation and basic skills. MUST take pride in your work. We don’t want go backs, it causes delays! Prep is key. After your work is done, it will be inspected! Pay is based on experience. We do entire homes from roofs to floors. For all trades such as Hvac, roof, electric etc we have licensed companies to handle it. We have work continuously not finish one job and now you are searching for next job. We have enough work to the end of the year.
