Assembly Line Worker We are hiring Line Assembling associates! We have openings on 2nd shift. Bake goods production and decoration! Start Immediately! Longwood, FL Pay Rate $ 14.00 per hour (weekly pay) Great Benefits 2nd Shift start time differs by department. Between 4:30pm to 5:30pm start times. Work Hours Vary: Monday through Sunday with mandatory Overtime as needed. Primary Duties vary include transferring finished product from conveyors to trays, icing products, crumbling cakes or cookies for cake decoration, packing, sorting and various positions throughout the plant. Qualifications DESIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION • Entry level position requiring minimal training to fulfill tasks. • Bonus: experience working in a high-volume production environment. • Bonus: experience in food production/baking environment. • High School Diploma or GED; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job. Summary: Food Assemblers work as a team to assemble bakery items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Other duties may be assigned. • Follow recipe / instructions to ensure products are assembled correctly • work on an assembly line • Correctly pack product for shipments/delivery • Checking products on the production line for quality • Reporting machine faults • Assist in ensuring product quality • Ensure quantity is correct • Assure product is aesthetically correct • Keep area clean and organized • Assist in other areas as needed
