Kokedama is a Japanese gardening technique that involves growing a plant in a moss-covered ball of soil that is held together with twine. It can be displayed hung from the twine or placed on a decorative dish. Master Gardener volunteer will instruct all participants how to make their own Kokedama planter, which they can then take home or gift to a friend or family member. A plant will be included. This activity is messy, so you must not mind "putting your hands in the soil".
