Plumbing and HVAC Technicians $1500 SIGN ON BONUS Join New Jersey's family-owned leader in the Plumbing and HVAC industry… The Advanced Professional Plumbing and HVAC Technicians will work both independently and among the team. The Plumber and HVAC Technicians will respond to service calls and act as the primary point of contact with our valued customers on the field. Effectively managing the field-related service process from A-to-Z, Advanced Professional Plumbing Technicians accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install units including boilers, water heaters, etc., while our HVAC Technicians accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install units including furnaces, mini-splits, AC units, etc. Our Technician Team operates fully stocked company vehicles, coordinate job costing w/ the service manager and invoice the customer using our remote, 21st century CRM platform. Advanced Professional Plumbing and HVAC Technicians are instrumental representatives of the industry-leading customer service upon which the Advanced Professional brand is built! QUALIFICATIONS FOR PLUMBING/HVAC TECHNICIAN: PLUMBERS: Minimum of 3 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing steam/hot water boilers, water heaters, thermostatic issues, circulating pumps, leaks, clogs, etc. HVAC: Minimum of 3 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing furnaces, mini-splits, AC units, ductwork, etc. · Minimum 3 years of residential and light commercial installation, diagnostics, and repair in relative technical field · CLEAN NJ driver’s license · Great customers service and communication skills · Outstanding work ethic · Understanding and application of industry and DOT safety standards · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills · Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives.
