We’ll use prompts to identify, clear & release the resistance, followed by a guided meditation to align you in that state of flow. Allowing you to start attracting everything you want. I’ll then guide you through 4 types of breathwork to activate, release, balance and love, allowing the new changes to take root. We’ll close with a Reiki healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy and re-balance your system so that you may continue to rise up as the best version of yourself.
