A major project of Suburban Bayou City Chapter ~Top Teens of America is its Annual Blue & Silver Scholarship Ball. The purpose of this occasion is to serve as a fundraising event for our Top Teens, as well as; give all teens an opportunity to contribute to their very own scholarship account through securing sponsors, ads, and monetary donations. Scholarships will be awarded to applicable teens upon high school graduation.
