Why Knee-Knocker? In golf, a Knee Knocker is a short but essential putt. The golfer is nervous about missing it. I have five weeks to pull together an event that will be enjoyable but impactful. Hence the name Knee-Knocker. I hope to provide the community with something fun this holiday season and bring needed funds into a community space that has impacted many of us. My Dad once told me that before the driving range as we know it today, he stood on top of the hill and imagined building a place for families and children. A safe place where kids could play sports, families could enjoy what God has provided us, and precious memories could be made. This vision has taken place since 1996 and can continue in a much bigger way. But we need your help. Many upgrades need to happen at ATGC, and this event will help those upgrades take place. Every ticket and donation will go towards upgrades like new cart paths, parking lots, extended shelters, additional services, and more. I plan to throw a party how I know best with food trucks, fun decor, spaces to stay warm, donation opportunities, and games.
