Description

We will start around 7 PM and will hold a candle light vigil with candles and flowers. We will live stream the service during which we will read off the list of the victims and hold a moment of silence for them. We will also open the floor for others to speak as well. An ASL interpreter will be present for the duration of the event and the live stream. We will be on the Warren St. side of the Earl Scruggs Center on the town square.
